General construction and site management
You tell us what you want built. We take it from the first drawing to the day you get the keys. Design, planning and site management all happen under one roof, so there's one team to call and nobody to chase. We take charge just before construction starts, work to your specification, and keep you posted on progress and cost as we go. On site we supervise the crews, choose the tools and materials, run the safety checks and write the reports. We can also help with contracts and with permits and licences from the county. New build, extension or a tired old building that needs bringing back, we work to your budget and your timeline.

Civil works
Roads, water works, dams and the ground work underneath all of it. Our teams have been desilting water pans and dams, rehabilitating roads and laying water pipelines in counties from Turkana to Kilifi. We supply the engineers, the labour and a qualified supervisor for every team, and they stay on the job from the first day to handover. If you have a civil project and need a team that will finish it on schedule and within budget, tell us about it and we'll propose a plan that fits.

Building and renovation
From housing estates to school campuses, we build and renovate. We also look after buildings once they're up, with maintenance and facility management, so the people who built it can help keep it in good shape. A building project is expensive and slow, and mistakes stay with you for years, so we plan the work carefully from the start and keep it moving. Borehole drilling and equipping
Good water starts before the drilling does. We begin with a hydrogeological survey to find the right spot, and we help coordinate the permits you'll need. Then we design the borehole around how you will use it, whether for a home, a school, a farm or a community. We test-pump and check the water quality, and we service and rehabilitate boreholes that have stopped giving what they used to. We have built boreholes at secondary schools in Murang'a County.
